Refund Policy

Note: This policy is Section 4 of Our Terms and Conditions For All Course Purchases

4. Cancellation and Variation

4.1. Subject to clause 4.2 below, where we have accepted/confirmed the Services being purchased by you and formed a legally binding agreement with you in accordance with clause 3.5 above, then you are permitted within 14 working days starting on the day after the date we have concluded our agreement in accordance with clause 3.4, to cancel your purchase of the Services.

4.2. If you have purchased an Online Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course, and/or started to use that Online Course, then you shall have no right to cancel your order.

4.3. Notwithstanding clause 4.1, there is no other right to cancel or vary your purchase of Services, and any other cancellation and/or variation of course dates will be at the entire discretion of Universal Coach Institute.

4.4. If a student cannot access the course online via our Student Centers because they fail to meet the required system requirements given on the website, then Universal Coach Institute will not take responsibility or give a refund to the purchaser.

4.5 The start date and time of all memberships and access are deemed to be the date and time that the student first has access to the member’s area, and access expires 1-year later at the exact date and time. Universal Coach Institute will make one attempt to warn the student when this access/membership period has ended. After this attempt, Universal Coach Institute can no longer guarantee access to the course or that certification will be possible.

4.6 Refunds

Self-Study and Self-Paced Courses

Once your payment or deposit has been made and you have accessed your Course or the Student Center, there are no refunds available. Upon paying your payment or deposit, you receive access to the materials and resources. Therefore, no refunds are given. But we will work with you diligently to ensure your 100% satisfaction. We encourage you to “Try Before You Buy” by accessing the free lessons available for each course. By choosing to purchase this program, you understand and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

Instructor-Assisted and Live Courses

Students attending live classes may stop coaching classes at any time; however, if canceled 7 days prior to the course start date UCI will refund the tuition paid.  Students will NOT receive any refunds thereafter. All refunds are made in writing and emailed to with your full name and email address used for PayPal. If you are not satisfied with the program and have not gained any knowledge or help in this program, you can easily, and without reason, at any time cancel your remaining payments.

4.7 Other Policies

– Anytime a student feels they need support to assist them in completing the program, they can also be connected with a coach one time at no additional cost to help them prioritize their life

– A monthly payment can often be easily changed by notifying us. Please send an email to

– Unless you have made contact with Us about a late payment, administrative fees for a missed payment are $25.00 per week, up to $300.00 total. BUT if the payment is made during the same month it is due, NO administrative fees will be charged for that month.

– A student/graduate will receive their certificates when their account is paid off.

– Even though our policies are subject to change, your tuition will never ever rise. Guaranteed.

– By registering with us you are acknowledging you understand this.
